If you will be having us do drop shipments for you, we will need one of the following filled out and returned.
Multi-Jurisdictional Sales Tax form for the following states AL, NE, AR, NV, CA, CO, NM, DC, ND,GA, OK, HI, RI, ID, SC, IL, SD, IA, TN KS, TX, ME, UT, MD, VT, MI, WA, MN, WI,
MO.
ST-3NR for all other states or if you are from out of state but will be picking up at our location.
