We try to make this as painless as possible, but there must be some practical guidelines.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for stock items. Anything in this category must be in brand
new condition, and in it's factory carton. Those are accepted without a restock charge.
We do not accept open blister packs or returns on any software.
All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restock charge.
All returns require a return reference number.
Warranty
All units are covered by a factory warranty. We can only assist in products service or exchanges.
All factory warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. On most products we have a
30-day window to make out-of-box exchanges. Defective units must be returned postage paid. We
do not send call tags or pay for return freight. (Neither do most factories.)
A return reference number is required for all warranty issues.
